No Refund Policy – Tuning Files

Due to the digital and customized nature of our tuning files, all sales are final and non-refundable once an order has been placed and the tuning file has been created, processed, or delivered.

Each tuning file is specifically prepared according to the information provided by the customer and is therefore considered a customized digital product.

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for:

Change of mind after placing an order

Incorrect or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer

Incorrect ECU or software information provided by the customer

Vehicle modifications or hardware that were not disclosed before the order

Files that have already been delivered or downloaded

Failure to install or use the tuning file correctly

Issues caused by third-party hardware, software, flashing tools, or installers

Vehicle faults or mechanical problems unrelated to our tuning file

Changes in personal circumstances or simply no longer wanting the service

Customer Responsibility
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the vehicle, ECU, software version, hardware modifications, and any other relevant details before the tuning file is created.

We strongly recommend that customers verify all information before submitting an order.

Revisions & Corrections
If a tuning file does not work as intended due to an error on our side, we will review the issue and, where applicable, provide a correction or revised file.

This does not constitute a right to a monetary refund.

Any issue must be reported within [X] days of receiving the file, together with all relevant information required for us to investigate the problem.

Acceptance of This Policy
By placing an order for a tuning file, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this No Refund Policy before purchasing.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in accordance with this policy, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
